Benjamin D. Little, Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Little is part of the new investor group that acquired EMN and is responsible for the overall management of the company.  Prior to joining EMN he held senior executive/principal positions at his three previous companies: VerusLive – revolutionized online qualitative research, ServiceMagic - online referral service for home improvement projects (ServiceMagic was acquired by InterActiveCorp (NASDAQ: IACI) in 2004), and Cran Chile - the world’s largest grower and processor of cranberries.  Mr. Little brings a strong operational and sales background having owned and operated large businesses in both the US and abroad.  His three previous businesses have created significant share holder value.
Joseph J. Coffey, Chief Operating Officer
After graduating from law school in 1992 Mr. Coffey served in Buenos Aires, Argentina as International Business Consultant to one of the most prominent law firms in Argentina.  During his three years in Latin America he advised international clients on the aspects of doing business in South America.  Key clients included GE Capital, British Gas, and IMPSAT.  In 1996 he joined Group III Capital, Inc. which raised debt and equity financing, placed executive management and provided management and legal consulting services.  Group III was acquired in late 1999 at which time Mr. Coffey joined Branded Media Corporation as its Chief Operating Office.  Branded Media Corporation acquired Executive Media Network in 2007, and since that time Mr. Coffey has been instrumental developing and deploying EMN’s overall business development and infrastructure buildout.
Steven H. Feder, President
Mr. Feder has an extensive advertising media career that spans 30 years.  Mr. Feder spent nine years with the Ackerley Group/AK Media, (a diversified advertising and entertainment NYSE company and owners of the Seattle Supersonics NBA franchise) in management roles in both the broadcast and Out-of-Home advertising divisions.  The later five years he served as Senior Vice President of Sales for the Ackerley Media Group with offices in New York and Los Angeles.  Mr. Feder was responsible for overseeing Ackerley’s National Airport Advertising Sales Division, which consisted of advertising displays in over 70 major airports nationwide.  He was also responsible for overseeing National Advertising Sales for AK Media’s Outdoor Billboard markets of Boston, Miami, Seattle and Portland.  Mr. Feder has established many major national advertising agency and client relationships during this period in New York, San Francisco and Los Angeles.  His expertise in recruiting and developing major national advertising sales talent is well known in the industry.
Gerry T. Jones, Executive Vice President
20 years experience in senior level media management, cable management and advertising sales, with an extremely successful track record in business growth.  Advertising General Sales Manager: United Cable, United Artist and TCI.  General Manager: American Telecasting Inc, General Manager KALC AMFM Inc., Vice President of Advertising and Interactive Television for On Command Corporation.  President: The Hotel Networks, while at THN, developed strategic initiatives resulting in double digit growth year after year.  Vice President: DIRECTV for Business responsible for the successful restructuring of the DIRECTV commercial business divisions resulting in high double digit growth top and bottom line growth.
